Episode VII Reported to Begin Filming Today in Abu Dhabi

According to a story printed in the english language paper The National in the country of Abu Dhabi, principal photography of Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled to begin filming today in a remote area outside of the city. With security reportedly being very tight around the entire area, it is not know which actors will be filming the scenes which appear to be set on the planet of Tatoonine, the childhood home of both Anakin and Luke Skywalker.

As more information becomes available we will report it to you. Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled to be released in theaters on December 18, 2015.
