The First Pictures from the Set of Episode VII
Late last week the first two official images from the set of Episode VII were released to the public. On Thursday J.J. Abrams’ production company Bad Robot released an image of a clapboard with the director’s name on it along with the working title for the film “Star Wars: Episode VII”. Along with that information there was also a small amount of sand left (intentionally?) in the photo. On Friday, not to be outdone the official Star Wars social media pages released a photo of the outside of Pinewood Studios in London with a giant black and yellow roman numeral “VII” mounted on the side of the sound stage.
Will these two images open the flood gates to more pictures over the next 19 months or will the production be kept in secret? Only time will tell.
