New Star Wars Battlefront Details Announced at E3 Yesterday
Yesterday at E3, Electronic Arts (EA) revealed a slew of new details regarding their highly anticipated ‘Star Wars Battlefront’ game. In addition to a release date finally being announced, November 17th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and on Origin on PC, two new trailers featuring in-game footage were revealed. In one clip, which takes place on Tatooine features Rebel soldiers and Imperial Stormtroopers facing off on the desert planet. The highlight of the clip is when an Imperial Star Destroyer crashes into the sand dunes of the planet. In the other trailer, which takes place on the ice planet of Hoth, we see Imperial forces storm the Rebel base. The trailer ends with a very non-canonical lightsaber dual between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker in his Jedi outfit from Return of the Jedi.
Full details about the game and both trailer can be found on the official Star Wars Battlefront website.
