Are Multiple Live-Action Star Wars Series Coming to Netflix?

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away…people used to be pretty proud to have cable.
Nowadays, not so much the case. From satellite T.V. to ‘boxes’ that can stream online direct to your television, more and more people are leaving the Dark Side and joining the Rebel Alliance of newer, more affordable entertainment sources. Sources such as the current Jedi Netflix and Disney may be headed there too with potentially Three Star Wars Live-Action T.V. shows!
The Emmy nominations this year were packed with non traditional T.V. sources, and Disney (already having a healthy relationship with Netflix since the last season of the Clone Wars) intends to keep up their reputation of being the lightsaber of cutting edge entertainment with hopes of potentially releasing three live action Star Wars television series to make it into your homes.
Back in March, amidst the reports of Disney/LucasFilm unveiling the announcement of a second Star Wars Anthology movie with Young Solo and it’s May 2018 release date, Disney was rumored to want the three shows to be shot and fit in between the films productions. This way, the shows would be able to still use the same production sets and help with the cinematic universe’s continuity as supposed to the much grander story falling to the editor’s floor not making it to the films.
And with Netflix’s grand success with Marvel’s Daredevil, proving they can produce great film for television, Netflix swiftly cut of the hand of already Disney owned A.B.C. for the opportunity to properly convey Disney’s ideas. This works out well for Disney since Netflix is willing to work for them for cheap.
Now…Disney can stretch their X-Wings and tell their full story as they originally intended.
