Dad Builds Speeder Bike Rocking Horse for His Little Princess

A dad has taken his love for a galaxy far, far away and shared it with his daughter.

YouTube user Tez Gelmir built an out-of-this-world rocker inspired by the speeder bike Princess Leia rides in “Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi” and documented the project with avideo he posted on Thursday featuring photos of his progress. The best part? The crafty dadposted instructions online, complete with a list of materials and photos, so all the other little Lukes and Leias out there can have their very own rocking speeder bike. 

“I have built my son lots of projects but with my daughter’s first birthday coming up I felt it was her turn to get some project love and what better way than with her own Speeder Bike?!”he wrote on Instructables.

We have a feeling her birthday celebrations are going to be pretty stellar.
