Battling Star Wars RC multicopters fun for all
At Star Wars Celebration Europe the Propel company introduced their Star Wars line of battling multicopters also known as quadcopters. Each multicopter is equipped with a laser for the user to participate in a laser battle similar to what is seen in the movies. There are four vehicles that are currently available to be reserved they include T.I.E. fighter Advanced X1, 74-Z Speeder Bike, Millennium Falcon, and X-wing Fighter. These units are expected to be released this Fall.
Per the specs they can go up to 35 mphs. There are three speed settings from beginner to advanced. Recommended age is 14+. Each multicopter will come in packaging that includes a hand crafted 3D design of the ship on the front. When you remove the top cover you will hear sound tracks that are related to the ship and will reveal a light up display case to showcase the ship.
Reservations are now being accepted. Note: if you reserve one of these multicopters you will lock-in an edition number that will be available to you even if sold out. You will also be notified on how to purchase yours when they become available. There is no obligation to purchase if you reserve. No payments will be collected at the time of the reservation.
These look to be a lot of fun allowing you to be able to recreate some of the Epic battles from the Original Triology with the laser technology.
Make sure to check out the complete collection on the Star Wars page on the Propel website.
