If you happen to find yourself in Fayetteville, Arkansas you may be able to spot The Grillenium Falcon Lunch Truck. This truck is run by the Hammontree Take Home Gourmet Who as recent as last weekend just started operating the truck. The truck features some movie themed sandwiches like the “Cheebacca”, “Jack to the Future”, and “Parmageddan”. The artwork on the truck is very cool, I never imaged I would ever see a grilled cheese Millenium Falcon, that is for sure. Let’s hope this truck is able to stay fully operational and that it doesn’t get shutdown by the Maker.
