Episode VII Principal Casting Complete, to Begin Filming in May

According to the entertainment website HITFIX, Star Wars: Episode VII is set to begin filming in mid-May and will run through September of this year. In addition to that news, they also ‘confirm’ that most of the principal casting is complete and other announcement will happen sooner rather than later. 

The mid-May start of filming is slightly later than what Carrie Fisher had announced previously. Last month during an interview she told reporters that the cast was expected to report to work sometime in early April.
