Good day everyone, and WHAT A DAY … I can Finally Officially talk about our upcoming return to the Celebration conventions with a BRAND NEW – BESPIN theme Diorama Builders workshop !!!
What an adventure this past month has been, Let me tell you how THIS Celebration Diorama Builders will be different in a HUGE HUGE way compared to years past…
So just before Christmas it started with me chatting with the crew – “who want’s to return ? DO we do another ?” resounding YES from everyone. Then, emailing Lucasfilm that we will return if they want us to. YES. Perfect Excellent… what will be our theme? what haven’t we built before ? Clone Wars? Dagobah? Bespin? Coruscant? the choice was easy… BESPIN. With its multi level hallways and city skyscrapers it was full of possibilities. So I started doing the early sketches and prototypes. (I will be posting these as we get closer to Celebration for you to get an idea of what the build will look like – perhaps even help you in your choice before even arriving in Anaheim)
