Altoona Curve Star Wars Night
On May 30th The Altoona Curve the Double A affiliate for the Pittsburgh Pirates will be having a Star Wars night for their 6:00 pm game against Binghamton. In attendance for this event will be the Garrison Carida of the 501st Legion. After the game during the Firework show there will be a Lightsaber Battle plus more activities to be announced. The Curve players will be wearing jerseys featuring Jabba the Hutt and those jerseys will be auctioned off in-park and on-line with the benefits going to the St Vincent de Paul Society Soup Kitchen.
