Hasbro announces more Black Series figures coming soon
Today Hasbro via the Hasbro Pulse Star Wars: I am your Father’s Day live stream on their youtube channel made several announcements coming to their SW lines. The revealed new Black Series Archive, The Vintage Collection, and Black Series lines.
Up next we take a look at the Black Series additions. For this round of reveals the team went back to Rogue One to bring in a few new figures to this line and bringing back some figures with some updates for more scene accurate deco. One of the new figures completes the Scarif landing crew when the heroes went after the Death Star plans. The reason for the re-releases was to bring the gang back together like they did when they released Zeb for the Rebels line and re-released the entire Ghost crew.
The figures will retail for $22.99 and be available in the Fall. Two of these figures will be Target exclusives the others will be available a most major retailers for pre-order tomorrow 6/10 at 1300 EST.
The new figures include:
Galen Erso – comes with Death Star plans. Target exclusive.
Antoc Merrick – removable helmet and blaster – designed after Luke’s Snow speeder pilot. Target exclusive.
Bodhi Rook – comes with a blaster and back pack with grappling hook. the hook is on a retractable string.
Figures that were updated for more scene accurate deco:
Jyn Erso – comes with blaster and removable scraf.
Captain Cassian Andor – comes with two blasters (small one and large one that comes in two pieces).
K-2SO – “eyes” now match the movie.
Chirrut Imwe – comes with staff and bow
Baze Malbus – comes with heavy blaster and ammo backpack
