New Star Wars Monopoly coming soon
Star Wars Celebration Anaheim is in full swing this weekend. Fans from across the world have gathered at Anaheim Convention Center for this great event.
On Friday the Star Wars team for Hasbro had a panel and revealed many new items coming to their various lines such as Black Series, The Vintage, The Bounty Collection, etc.
Let’s take a look at the latest Monopoly game Star Wars Dark Side edition. For this version of Monopoly players recruit as many villains as they can. The more contracts the more credits they can collect. To activate a character’s special ability the player must acquire Force Lightning ring, use Dark Side cards to plot against opponents, and jump to hyperspace by landing on a Ship space. Just like regular Monopoly the last player with credits when the other are bankrupt wins.
Players can choose between six characters Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Asaj Ventress, The Emperor, Darth Maul, and the Grand Inquisitor.
The game will retail for $33.99 and be available this Summer at most major retailers on 7/1.
